Ask Andy or Julie and they would be the first to admit that they can not run the White Hart by themselves and, therefore, depend on having friendly and motivated staff. With shift managers Simone and Nikki and Kitchen manager Ian they have a very firm base. All the staff work well as a team and at the same time have fun. There is a very relaxed atmosphere among the staff which transfers over to the customer making it a really warm and friendly place to eat, drink and unwind.
